September 23, 2023, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary celebrations, the 3rd Alumni Representatives and Alumni Association Board Election Conference of the School of Law, Shenzhen University, was successfully held at the Wenhui Auditorium, Lihu Campus of Shenzhen University. The event was attended by various leaders and alumni, including Li Yonghua, Vice President of Shenzhen University; Shi Gang, former Member of the Standing Committee of the Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress and Secretary-General; Huang Xianfeng, Vice Chairman of the Nanshan District CPPCC (an alumnus of the School of Law); Ma Xiaoge, Vice Chairman of the Longhua District CPPCC (an alumnus of the School of Law); Ruan Bin, Director of the Lihu Campus Management Committee (an alumnus of the School of Law); and Xiong Wei, Dean of the School of Law.

The conference elected Xiong Wei as Honorary President and Ma Wenze as Honorary Secretary-General, with Lin Jilin, Deputy Secretary, named Honorary Secretary-General. Xue Bing, an alumnus, was elected as President, Liu Biao, a faculty member, as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Chen Jieyi, an alumnus, as Secretary-General.
