To implement the "Development Plan for the HeTao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone," and with the approval of the Municipal Party Committee, the Shenzhen Municipal CPPCC began legislative consultations on the "Shenzhen Special Economic Zone HeTao Shenzhen-Hong Kong Science and Technology Innovation Cooperation Zone Shenzhen Park Regulation (Draft)" (referred to as the "Draft Regulation") in January 2024.

The School of Law’s Vice Dean, Zhou Wei, along with Xue Bo from the Department of Civil and Commercial Law and Li Mingchao from the Department of Constitutional and Administrative Law, participated in the legislative consultation and discussion sessions for the "Draft Regulation."
