On April 23, Shenzhen University Law School successfully organized a specialized recruitment fair for its 2025 graduates at Lihu Campus, attracting 37 premium employers offering nearly 300 job opportunities across law firms, technology companies and other sectors, with over 300 students actively participating in on-site interviews.
School leaders engaged throughout the event, holding in-depth discussions with recruiters about employment trends and talent demands, while innovatively implementing a "stamp collection challenge" to facilitate substantive interactions. The fair featured a dedicated career guidance zone where alumni provided one-on-one services including resume polishing and policy consultation, along with a customized Job Information Handbook for targeted applications.
This creatively designed event established an efficient recruitment platform that not only strongly supported graduate employment but also injected new momentum into university-industry collaboration. The Law School will continue optimizing its career service system to fully support students' professional development.
