Congratulations to Associate Professor Zhang Yi on Academic Publication in Social Sciences in China

We are pleased to announce that Associate Professor Zhang Yi's academic paper, "The Typological Statutory Regulation of Absolute Rights in China's Patent Transactions," has been officially published in Social Sciences in China (Issue 4, 2025). Professor Zhang's research focuses on the critical issue of absolute rights in China's patent transactions, offering an in-depth analysis of relevant legal theories and institutional practices. The paper provides innovative insights for improving the legal framework of intellectual property, demonstrating significant academic value and practical relevance.
