Wang Yongcheng has served as the director of the National Intellectual Property Training (Guangdong) Base of Shenzhen University (SZU), and Xiong Wei has served as the executive director since November 10, 2023, according to the work arrangement of the university.

The College of Intellectual Property of Shenzhen University added the brand “International Intellectual Property Institute of Shenzhen University”. Since November 8, 2023, Xiong has also served as the Dean of the College of Intellectual Property (International Intellectual Property Institute) of SZU.
