Shenzhen University Law School held a special tea reception at the Alumni Book Café in Minglü Building to commemorate International Women's Day on the afternoon of March 7. Party Secretary Ma Wenze, Deputy Secretary Lin Jilin, and Vice Dean Zhou Wei joined over thirty female faculty members for this festive gathering.
The event began with warm holiday greetings from the school leadership, who acknowledged the indispensable contributions of women faculty to the Law School's development. The reception featured two distinctive activities: a jade appreciation session and a floral arrangement workshop. A professional instructor delivered an engaging presentation on jade authentication using physical specimens, while during the interactive flower arrangement segment, participants skillfully transformed ordinary blooms into exquisite artistic creations. The venue blossomed with floral fragrances and joyful camaraderie throughout the afternoon.
More than just enriching the cultural life of female faculty members, this event embodied the Law School's commitment to gender inclusivity and respect. The attendees enjoyed meaningful exchanges in a relaxed atmosphere, making it a truly memorable celebration.
