Symposium on "Future Financial Rule of Law" Successfully Held

On October 19, 2025, the symposium on "Future Financial Rule of Law," hosted by Shenzhen University School of Law and co-organized by Shenzhen University Institute of Law and Technology and the School's Financial Law Research Center, was successfully held in Conference Room A214 of Shouzheng Building at Shenzhen University's Lihu Campus.

At the opening ceremony, Professor Xiong Wei, Dean of Shenzhen University School of Law, delivered a speech, while Professor Wang Weiguo, President of the China Bankinglaw Society, traced the origins and prospects of the future financial rule of law. Hu Shihao, Former Chief Judge of the Supreme People's Court's Trial Supervision Division, drawing on years of judicial experience, discussed China's financial adjudication practices and the future impact of stablecoins.

During the closing session, Professor Wang Weiguo highly commended the high-quality reports and expressed strong expectations for the new generation of financial law scholars. The successful symposium provided profound theoretical support and practical guidance for the construction and research of future financial rule of law.
